Howzit, I’m Chad Hin, the oak* behind The Woodery- a place where wood gets cut, routed, glued… and occasionally sworn at.

What started out as a harmless hobby in my garage quickly got out of hand. One project turned into another, then mates started asking for pieces, and suddenly I had more clamps than common sense. Somewhere along the way, I also needed “just one more tool”- because, that’s a legitimate excuse. That’s when The Woodery was born.

I create maker products, from router templates and 3D-printed tools to handcrafted home goods and furniture. Everything I make is designed the way I actually use it- solid, practical, and built to last.

Everything is made right here in Krugersdorp, South Africa, where we measure twice, cut once… and still double-check because wood is expensive. I believe in honest craftsmanship and making things properly the first time.
